I went here with my mom, who is from Vietnam, for dinner. The pho broth was good, not too salty like restaurant pho tends to be. The noodles seemed like the fresh variety, which is also nice. The shrimp rolls were good, though they are what they say on the menu - no sliced pork. The peanut dipping sauce was good, a nice balance of salty and sweet.
Service was great - we asked for extra boiled bean sprouts, which is probably not a request they get often, but no issues there. We also asked for two small bowls to share the pho, and they thoughtfully included a small ladle. We appreciated that. -

I was just in the neighborhood and was searching for something good and affordable to eat. I found just that at this Vietnamese noodle restaurant. The host and waiter was a really nice guy and attentive. I ordered the Chicken Pho and it came to me within 5 minutes. The broth was hearty and full of flavor. One of the best base soups I've had for pho in a long time. The waiter made sure my water cup was never empty. All the ingredients in my pho came together perfectly to create a exquisite chicken pho . Just loved the richness of the broth. I literally finished all the soup.

We were in the area so we decided to try this place out. I ordered the trio noodle which had pork balls, beef balls and fish balls in chicken broth. However, the broth was very bland and didn't really taste like chicken broth and tasted very similar to my bf's pho L'amour (P1) which was beef broth. His broth also tasted watered down and bland :/ we also ordered the imperial rolls and although it didn't taste bad, it tasted more like regular egg rolls than imperial rolls.
Unfortunately, we really wanted to like this place as the service was really good and the servers were very attentive, but we don't think we will be back. -

Just went this Saturday and the service and food was outstanding. And that's not an exaggeration. I'm not going to tell you what a great customer service move they made for me because I wouldn't want others to take advantage of the place so just believe me when I tell you they are truly there to make your dining experience as good as they can. I had the pork chops with garlic noodles and couldn't have been happier. I will definitely be a regular going forward

TLDR: New restaurant breathes life into old spot. Prices are higher than normal pho places, but not ghastly. Food is flavorful and satisfying. Is trying different things to set them apart from the standard Vietnamese offerings.
Now for the lengthy version: My husband and decided to give the new restaurant in the neighborhood a try. We both enjoyed the food and thought the renovation of the place was great - feels so much more spacious. We ordered the fresh and fried spring rolls. The fresh spring rolls came with peanut sauce that seemed home made (nice touch) and the fried imperial rolls came with the usual fish sauce dip which tasted full flavored vs a watered down version.
For main course, we ordered the first pho on the menu with various meats and the beef stew with rice. The beef stew was hearty and flavorful - the meat was tender and the sauce was a nice thick consistency. The pho had a generous mix of meats that tasted fresh, topped with green onions and cilantro, which was different but good. They gave me the usual side of sprouts, lime and basil along with some shrimp paste condiment which was delicious.
Just beware that if you are expecting the clear, light, but complex pho broth - this place doesn't have that. My broth was deeply flavorful, but was also a bit heavy, which I am not used to. Their pho also comes with the thicker rice noodles. The pho I ordered notes that it comes with wagyu beef slices, which I doubted when I ordered. Again the beef was good, but I doubt it was wagyu and hope they change their menu. All said, i was satisfied with my pho.
I also ordered the three color drink, which I always get at Vietnamese restaurants. I have to say theirs was one of the better ones I've had.
Management, if you are reading this, I would suggest playing some more interesting background music vs the elevator music. Perhaps something more Vietnamese just better. Also don't know if those big screen TVs make sense in the space.
